In response to the Government’s plan to ensure social distancing, and in order to protect our clients and staff, we have implemented with immediate effect the following:

DO NOT ENTER the Practice.

We are now operating a collection service from the car park. Please phone us when you arrive for your appointment on 01462 685882.

For new appointments please call the practice as usual and we will go through the new protocol with you.

If you or your household are self-isolating it is still imperative that a friend or colleague brings them to us. Do not leave your home.

We can offer telemedicine appointments, these are chargeable and you will be contacted by the Vet at your allocated appointment time. In some situations, it will still be imperative that we need to see you pet.

When your medication has arrived for collection, we will text in the first instance to say that it has arrived and we will now be arranging collection times.

All payments will be taken over the phone - no cash payments at this time.

Whilst these measures seem strict, I am sure that you will appreciate it will enable us to continue caring for your pets.
